Tom Conrad

Originally from a small town in northwestern Pennsylvania, Tom Conrad brings a strong work ethic and a competitive spirit to the world of real estate—qualities honed during his time as an All-State athlete in both football and tennis. He went on to attend Mercyhurst College in Erie, Pennsylvania, where he earned a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management while also competing in collegiate tennis and volleyball.
Tom launched his real estate career in Atlanta in 2006, where he quickly built a reputation for client-focused service and consistent results. He continues to work with buyers and sellers in Atlanta through a well-known brokerage recognized for its role in HGTV’s Flip or Flop Atlanta. During his time there, he also mentored new agents, helping them lay a strong foundation for success in the industry.
You might also recognize Tom from the tennis courts—he’s been a tennis instructor at Rosemary Beach since May 2024 and enjoys being part of the active local community. When he’s not helping clients or hitting the courts, Tom enjoys spending time with his two adult sons, ages 25 and 27, who love visiting the beautiful beaches of 30A.
