Avery combines a results-oriented approach, her diverse background, and commitment to integrity to build lasting relationships with buyers and sellers. Born in Atlanta and raised in beautiful Santa Rosa Beach, Avery’s journey has taken her from the Gulf Coast to the Pacific Northwest to Nashville and back. In college, she studied classical Liberal Arts and Pre-Law before returning to her hometown to join the Gardner Group at Rosemary Beach Realty.

Her two years of real estate experience, combined with a background in government relations, law, recruiting, and sales has honed her skills in negotiation, client success, and strategic planning.

Outside of real estate, you’ll find Avery on the beach, biking along 30A, on the pickleball courts, or in a pilates studio. With a deep-rooted love for the Emerald Coast and a keen eye for detail, Avery is dedicated to providing a seamless, personalized experience—helping customers navigate the 30A market with confidence and ease.
