Allie Caudill

As a sales associate for Rosemary Beach Realty, Allie is known to wear many hats throughout the day. In a market that changes regularly, she brings professionalism, enthusiasm, top organizational skills and an unmatched level of service to her daily work. Allie has been in the real estate industry since 2015, sharing her perspective on the market and high level of proficiency in her unique segment with both buyers and sellers.
Upon graduating from the University of Southern Indiana with a bachelor's degree in marketing, Allie moved to South Walton and worked in the sales, healthcare, and marketing fields. These experiences have allowed her to hone a collaborative take on customer service that has further developed her innate ability to connect with people.
When away from work, Allie enjoys being outdoors, working on their family farm and browsing the south's best antique stores. Allie is actively involved in the community serving on the board for Sandcastle Kids Inc., and a volunteer leader for South Walton Young Life. She and her husband, Kemp, welcomed their first son, Knox, in 2020, and most recently their second little boy named Huck.
