Jennifer Smith

Jennifer Smith was born and raised in Atlanta before moving to the Rosemary Beach area over 20 years ago and has enjoyed living here ever since. Prior to working with Rosemary Beach Realty, Jennifer put her skills and education as a graduate of the Florida State University to use in our community as the Event Director of the Cultural Arts Alliance of Walton County, proudly helping produce events such as, 30A Songwriters Festival, ArtsQuest Fine Arts Festival and the Flutterby Festival as well as helping with many other local events and happenings.

To give back to our vibrant community, she feels privileged to serve as the Chair of the Cultural Arts Alliance’s Board of Directors and is a board member for the Point Washington Medical Clinic, 2 vitally important non-profit organizations in Walton County.

In Jennifer’s free time, she enjoys traveling the world and learning about other cultures, cuisines and traditions with her husband William Royce Smith, spending time with family and friends and long walks with her dog, Izzy. She also enjoys spending time on and enjoying the coastal dune lakes of Walton County, especially Lake Powell on which she lives.
