Jennifer Smith, | Rosemary Beach Realty

Jennifer Smith was born and raised in Atlanta before moving to the Rosemary Beach area 20 years ago and has enjoyed living here ever since. Prior to working with Rosemary Beach Realty, Jennifer put her skills and education as a graduate of the Florida State University to use in our community as the Event Director of the Cultural Arts Alliance of Walton County, proudly helping produce events such as, 30A Songwriters Festival, ArtsQuest Fine Arts Festival and the Flutterby Festival. as well, as helping with many other local events and happenings.

In Jennifer’s free time, she enjoys traveling the world and learning about other cultures, cuisines and traditions with her husband William Royce Smith, spending time with family and friends and long walks with her dog, Izzy. She also enjoys spending time on and enjoying the coastal dune lakes of Walton County, especially Lake Powell on which she lives.
