Originally from Chattanooga, Tennessee, Sam was introduced to the 30A area in 2003 while on a family vacation. In 2015, she decided to make it her home. Having worked in the Rosemary Beach® community for the past 4 years, her priority is to make her clients happy. She strives to ensure that the home buying process is fun, easy and stress free.
When Sam isn’t busy showing property, she enjoys golfing and working out at the Rosemary Beach Fitness Center. What she loves most about the area is the beautiful architecture, stunning beaches and friendly faces.
