Amanda Hampel
Prior to moving to Florida in 2012, Amanda practiced law in Knoxville, Tennessee, but she quickly became interested in real estate upon arriving on 30A. While studying for the Florida Bar exam, she began working for Rosemary Beach Realty as the Office Manager. Soon after obtaining her Florida law license, Rosemary Beach Holdings’ ownership promoted her to General Counsel of all it’s subsidiary companies, including Rosemary Beach Realty – a job she maintains today. In addition to being a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker, Amanda is also licensed to practice law in the states of Florida, Tennessee and South Carolina.
Amanda, her husband, Jonathan, their sons Rowland and Hank, their dog Jelly Roll and cat Thelma, live in Point Washington on the Choctawhatchee Bay. In her spare time, she enjoys playing tennis and soccer, traveling, concert-going, boating, and following her alma mater in all sports – the Tennessee Volunteers. She is also proud to be a member of Point Washington United Methodist Church, serving on its Finance Committee, as well as a current Board of Director for the Tree House Montessori School and the Providence Condominium Association in Rosemary Beach.
